Veteran Developmental Coaching & Reintegration
Veteran Transition/ Veteran Development/ Reintegration/ Career & Life Mapping/ Empowerment
I can relate to Veterans and their family members from so many perspectives. I understand the transition process and know how challenging it can be. Not only do I have personal experience through the transition process, I have also dedicated my studies in my doctoral program on Veteran transitional research. I truly believe that our Veterans deserve to be helped at every step along the way. I can help you through your military to civilian transition. As a Hawk eye Certified Veteran Developmental Coach (CVDC), I have received specialized training to coach you!
I have experienced the military transition assistance program (TAP), I have worked as a career counselor for the program, and now I am developing training and curriculum for the program. The reality is, that for most Veterans, the institutional support provided is not enough. Did you know that the hallmark of adult learning is that adults seek out and absorb information when they perceive they need it, not necessarily when it is presented. Some transitioning service members may not be primed to absorb TAP training pre-separation but would be more receptive once they are actively seeking help and assistance 6-12 months later. While there are veterans who make a successful transition and excel in the civilian sector, many veterans still continue to face many significant service-related obstacles. Don't be afraid to reach out and seek help! I'd love to coach you through this.

Is this you?
Here's a description of the specialized training I have received:
What does the Hawk Eye Veteran Developmental Coaching Program Do?
Mindful and Innovative, Military Transition, Reintegration, and Career Management Training:
Hawk Eye Coach Training is the USA’a first certification course of its kind in the US to gain Center For Credentialing and Education (CCE) approval. It is currently the ONLY full coach certification program in the USA that trains individuals (civilians and military) through a robust curriculum, empowering them to help veterans, reservists, guardsmen and their families successfully manage transitioning from the military to the civilian sector.
The Hawk Eye process is based in the latest brain-science, positive and strength-based strategies. While it focuses on veterans as the coaches’ main clientele, the program offers tools and strategies for collaborating and supporting virtually anyone who is in a career transition or seeking career and life management assistance. Hawk Eye is recognized by the following organizations:
o CCE for its BCC (Board Certified Coach designation)
o Portland State (graduate and undergraduate credits)
o HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute)
o ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement)
